Geofencing

Set up boundaries and landmarks for key locations on the map.

GEOFENCE

The capability of setting a specific geographic boundary of any shape and size over a map, that will give real time alerts for any vehicle entering or leaving the area.

Geofences can be used in two modes. Mandatory and Prohibited. Mandatory means that the fleet vehicles must be inside the chosen zone for the time specified; While Prohibited means that the fleet vehicles must not enter the zone during specified times.

Point of Interest (POI)

You can get more specific with POI; Where you can add markers for Hotels, Gas Stations, Homes, Office and etc. Specific rules can be set for such markers.

Calculate distance between POI's in the map. Add markers to places frequently visited. Keep Markers for Frequent Start Points and End Points and much more.

Some Examples of how our Geofence Fleet Management System is used in practice.

Specify the boundary of the city as a zone. This will alert the business owner if any of his vehicles has left the geofence zone.

Specify the boundary of the depot and specify timing as 8PM to 6AM. This will alert the logistics manager of all vehicles parked and which haven’t arrived yet/ or are parking outside the depot.

Specify the geofence through the route. This will notify the client when the driver uses another path instead of the one specified.
